I see children age 6 and up in their world of play. Whether that be in the form of traditional toys (dolls, dinosaurs, swords, etc) for my magical thinking clients, board games transformed to incorporate their emotions (Self Esteem Jenga anyone?) for my competitive clients, or brilliant works of art for my creative clients, the choice is theirs. My office is an open space to express and learn however is best for them. I can’t wait to see their brains click and their love of self to grow.

I see both teens and adults for any number of concerns that show up in daily life. Whether you just want to understand your brain better, are dealing with past or current traumas, struggling with crippling depression or anxiety, I've seen it all. We will work together using an eclectic approach of treatment modalities that will allow you to feel validated and encouraged along your growth. I can’t wait for you to fall more in love with who you truly are.

I see all kinds of families as they learn to grow in to a more cohesive family unit. I have worked with families adjusting to changes in the family structure, including marriages, adoptions, or divorces, where individual roles can often shift. I also see families as they struggle with a collective concern or family dynamic. I can’t wait to watch you and your family members as you grow to respect and communicate with one another more effectively.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Do you often replay moments in your life wishing things had gone differently? Use eye movements to re-envision your experiences to lessen your traumatic responses. ART is also helpful when you’re struggling with the “little liar” within yourself or when you are having difficulty identifying the cause of your emotional dysregulation.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Do you know that all of your thoughts are connected to your emotions and therefore your behaviors? Learn how your cognitive distortions impact your daily life and how to stop them in their tracks. Trauma Focused CBT is also especially helpful for clients under the age of 18 to process things they had little to no control over.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Do you get stuck when others tell you to stop thinking about the past or worrying about the future? Use DBT skills to enhance your understanding of the word “mindfulness” and learn how to be more present in your every day life in your own unique way. I highly recommend this approach for nueordivergent individuals.
