    Accelerated Resolution Therapy

    Do you often replay moments in your life wishing things had gone differently? Use eye movements to re-envision your experiences to lessen your traumatic responses. ART is also helpful when you’re struggling with the “little liar” within yourself or when you are having difficulty identifying the cause of your emotional dysregulation.

    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

    Do you know that all of your thoughts are connected to your emotions and therefore your behaviors? Learn how your cognitive distortions impact your daily life and how to stop them in their tracks. Trauma Focused CBT is also especially helpful for clients under the age of 18 to process things they had little to no control over.

    Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

    Do you get stuck when others tell you to stop thinking about the past or worrying about the future? Use DBT skills to enhance your understanding of the word “mindfulness” and learn how to be more present in your every day life in your own unique way. I highly recommend this approach for nueordivergent individuals.
